Yes its a network problem they are having. They are trying to fix it, but its normally not like that. Normally the longest wait is like 5 min if that. ;) :o

they have been haveing lots of problems with there network provider. they have to work with an outside company for there network unlike GW who have there own :) hopefuly all of the issues will be resolved soon :
