Well The gm tool have its own icon now. WOOT!
Im also working on a few upgrades.

- Figure out a way to make items with higher stats (dmg res etc.) have more value than those with lesser stats.
- Add randomized condition percentages. Such as poison length and dmg, and on fire etc..
- Make mods harder to spawn on items.
- Possibly add more mods.
