Brand the Bosses Contest Ending Soon! 27 July 2005





This Friday (July 29th) is the final day for entries in the Brand the Bosses contest, and there's some good news associated with this. It appears that the Stone Summit Dwarves are present in Grenth's Footprint and Sorrow's Furnace in even larger numbers than originally reported. Therefore, we will most likely be choosing extra names for the bosses in that region. If you haven't entered, go to http://www.guildwars.com/events/brand-the-boss/default.html

Brand the Bosses Contest Update 10 August 2005

We have increased "naming rights" for the Summer Update: Sorrow's Furnace boss monsters by 400%, and will be announcing the names of 24 winning entries -- 6 Grand Prize Winners and 18 Finalists! In order to allow time for this contest expansion, we will be making the winner announcements on Friday, August 12th. Check back then!
