So then, did any of you participate in the GW pvp EXTREME!!!! weekend?

I did as much as I could, and let me tell you, I had a blast! ;)

I was lucky enough to be a member of the godliest team I've ever been in. It consisted of two mesmers, and two monks. I was a mesmer necro, fast casting armor ignoring spells, and dots like crazy. We beat every team we faced (most flawless) until we finally got stuck with facing a team arena party. It was of course 4 people vs 6, but we actually killed some of them off, and managed to hold out for a good 10 minutes before loosing to the bigger party. We then commented on how Anet just haaad to put an end to our amazing run, and one of them exclaimed, your from the random areana?!?! We replied yup, and they complemented us on how amazing we were.

Am I bragging? Yup! I had a blast, and I'm proud of it. I got 2 sup runes unlocked, and a score of extra faction.

ya this pvp weekend was so unbalanced, i managed to get an absurd amount of faction in no time at all, i got like 6k or something

lol I didn't....

But I never EVER needed faction, so it would just be useless crap accumulating.

It really helps with pvp only characters.
